What is Global Ties Idaho?

Global Ties Idaho, formerly the Idaho Council for International Visitors, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to sharing the State of Idaho, its people, industry, and culture with the international community. Founded in 2005, Global Ties Idaho works as a private sector partner with the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program, designing short-term professional and cultural exchange programs for current and emerging leaders, specialists, and scholars from around the world. Each year, GTI welcomes around 50 international visitors to Idaho.
